Customer Service Representative - Monticello

Position Summary: Emery Telcom Video has an opening in the Customer Service Department in our new building in Monticello. This person will carry out strategies to increase the use and sale of equipment and services. This person will assist with customer relations and sell and promote advertising for services. This person will respond to all customer inquiries.

Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries about Company products and services.
  • Identify customer's needs and offer the products and services that would fulfill those needs.
  • Work with existing and potential customers in person and over the phone.
  • Be very familiar with Microsoft computer programs and will need to be able to use a computer, database, email, etc. daily.
  • Sell all Company services as needed.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience: Prior experience working as a customer service representative very helpful. Previous sales experience is also a plus.

Job Status: This position will report to the Monticello office. This person may also need to occasionally work in the Moab office.
